We employ approximately 590 employees who provide service for over 370,000 insurance policies through more than 480 independent agencies. We understand that our employees are the key to our past and future success and we are proud of the experience of our staff members. The average length of service for all employees is almost 16 years; 82 percent of our people have 5 or more years of service, 61 percent have 10 or more years, 25 percent have 25 or more years, and 17 percent have 30 or more years of service with Central.
